Having been on the team for just over a year, Hope Quinn has become an integral part of the day-to-day operations at CAISSA Wealth Strategies. Hope is a Client Service Specialist, supporting clients, Wealth Planners, and the Investment Team, delivering exceptional service tailored to client needs.

We had her answer a few questions to get to know her better:

  • What gets you excited about your work?
    • Hope: The chance to interact with our clients. I am a people person through and through, and my strengths lie in connection. It makes my day when I am presented with the opportunity to make someone else’s day better or easier. I have particularly enjoyed working with our clients, and I hope that as my time with CAISSA continues, I will be able to help our relationship with our clients grow and deepen.
  • Where did you attend college, and what was your major/minor?
    • Hope: I attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH (30 minutes from Toledo, where I was born and raised). I majored in Communications with a specialization in Musical Theatre. My husband and I both sing and perform around the Twin Cities.  
  • What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know?
    • Hope: My mom bought and ran a preschool in Toledo just before I was born, and she sold it just a few years ago. The second level of the preschool was where my mom, my sister, and I lived until I was in junior high school. Once all the kids and teachers left for the day, my sister and I would keep playing with all the toys and class pets until dinnertime. It was the most wonderful place to grow up.
  • What’s your personal motto/favorite quote?
    • Hope: My personal motto is, “Kindness changes everything.” My favorite quote is from Anne Frank’s diary: “In spite of everything, I still believe that people are really good at heart.”
  • What is your favorite thing about working at CAISSA?
    • Hope:  Our team. I could tell in the interview process how focused Kelly was on making sure that CAISSA was a good fit for me as much as I was a good fit for CAISSA. Our Operations Team is truly a team; we are able to cover for each other when one of us needs to step away from the office and there is a concerted effort to lift up each other’s strengths and learn as a group when an opportunity presents itself. We also get to spend a good amount of time with the Wealth Planners and the Investment Team as we support their client initiatives and I can honestly say there isn’t anyone on those teams who isn’t here for the right reasons. We work hard together and we play well together, which is a lovely bonus.
