In April, we welcomed TJ Sigstad to Caissa Wealth Strategies as our new Director of Investments.

We had him answer a few questions in order to get to know him better.

• What does your role at CAISSA entail?
  • TJ: As the new Director of Investments, I oversee investment management, development, and implementation of Caissa’s investment strategies that are strategically aligned with our clients’ wealth plans.

• What gets you excited about your work?
  • TJ: I’m genuinely excited to collaborate with the team to help our clients navigate opportunities and build tailored strategies that bring their financial goals to life.

• What do you think sets CAISSA apart from other wealth management firms?

• What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy workday?
  • TJ: Spending time with family, usually attending my kids’ sporting events or activities.

• If you could choose anyone, past or present, who would you pick as your mentor?
  • TJ: My grandfather. He was a powerful mentor in my life; he led by example, showing me that success comes from hard work, discipline, and patience. He instilled in me a deep respect for smart investing, always emphasizing the importance of thinking long-term, and staying informed.

• What is the best piece of advice you have received?
  • TJ: Treat others how you want to be treated.
