We are proud to congratulate Aimee Bauman, Director of Wealth Planning at CAISSA Wealth Strategies, for being named one of Money’s Best Women Planners of 2025*! Money’s choices for the top 30 women planners are all highly qualified, customer-centric financial advisors who serve clients of all backgrounds. Whether you need comprehensive financial planning or niche expertise for a life transition, these financial experts are well-equipped to help you live a richer life.

“In July 2025, Money published a follow-up list of the 30 best women planners in the U.S.

This stand-out group of women was based on the women’s responses to our survey of CFP professionals who are FPA members in fall 2024, followed by a tailored questionnaire in April 2025 for the women who were finalists in this specialty list. Of the approximately 1,000 planners who took our core survey, 275 were women and thus eligible for the designation.

According to the CFP Board, women are vastly underrepresented in the financial planning profession. Less than a third of planners are women, with fewer than 1 in 4 being CFPs. In our survey, women CFPs were slightly over-represented, making up 27% of respondents. Women also out-performed on our overall list of the top 80 planners, which includes 26 women (about 33%).

The 26 women present on our overall list of the best planners were automatically finalists for this follow-up list. We then brought in the next four highest-performing women planners to round out an elite group to 30 total, all of whom are highly qualified, customer-centric financial experts who serve clients of all backgrounds — not just women.”

*The Money ranking of Best Women Planners was awarded to Aimee Bauman in July 2025. Data was based on the time period from 1/1/2025 through the issuance of the award on 7/10/2025. Being included in the Best Women Planners list does not mean Aimee Bauman is ranked the top planner in the country. The ranking includes many planners in the country that have been awarded the Best Women Planner distinction.

Money’s Best Women Planners list is determined through a blend of data analysis and independent evaluation. Money partnered with Financial Planning Association (FPA), a trade association and membership organization, to develop a comprehensive survey of 35 questions, which was emailed to the association’s membership. After receiving the survey responses, Money eliminated any candidates with disciplinary issues with regulatory or licensing bodies. Money then scored responses in four major areas: qualifications; services and specialties; trust and customer service. Each of these sub-scores were weighted to create an overall score.

Neither Money nor FPA are clients of Aimee Bauman or Caissa Wealth Strategies, nor do they receive a fee in exchange for rankings. No compensation has been provided to Money or FPA in connection with obtaining or using the ranking. Additional information on the ranking methodology can be found at money.com.
